13:15 Doncaster – PRINCIPALITY (20/1 generally)
I am going to forgive Principality his last run at Goodwood as he had an issue in the stalls and could never get involved after that. His previous run was impressive where he won by a neck in a competitive Class 3 handicap. He tends to save his best for Goodwood and is a little bit hit and miss but that is factored into his price . On a going day he is more than capable of featuring here.
18:05 Leopardstown – AERONAUTIC (9/1 generally)
Aeronautic has performed really well in two competitive handicaps in his last two races at Goodwood and Ascot and can go well again here at an each way price with 5 places on offer with most bookmakers. He won over course and distance last summer and is lightly raced compared to many of these so may still have improvement to come. He looks on a fair enough mark so should give a good account of himself .
