Terms and Conditions Competition & Giveaways

1. Racing Club competitions and giveaways are only open to entrants aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required for competition winners.
2. By entering a Racing Club competition or giveaway, the entrant agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter any of the Racing Club competitions or giveaways.
4. Details of how to enter a competition or giveaway and its rules can be found on Racing Clubs social media channels.
5. All entrants must be following Racing Club’s official social media accounts.
6. Only one entry will be accepted per person, unless stated otherwise.
7. After the closing date, no further entries to the competition or giveaway will be permitted.
8. Racing Club accepts no responsibility for entries not being received for any reason.
9. Racing Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition for any event outside of our control. Any changes will be clearly detailed on Racing Club’s social media channels.
10. Prizes are subject to availability and Racing Club reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
11. Prizes are non-transferable and if for any reason the prize cannot be fulfilled, there is no cash equivalent offered.
12. Where prizes involve syndicate share giveaways, Racing Club will contact the winner and ask for their personal details in order to assign a share to them. Via the giveaway, the winner becomes an owner of that share and thereby agrees to Racing Club’s T&Cs.
13. The winner will be notified by Racing Club’s official social media account by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/LinkedIn and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The winner of a competition or giveaway agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
15. Racing Club will provide details of how to collect the prize to the competition winner.
16. Racing Club competitions and giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or any other Social Network.
17. Racing Club’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Racing Club’s competitions are open to UK & Ireland residents and must be aged 18 years or over and also exclude Racing Club employees and staff.
19. All competition winners will be contacted only by our official Racing Club accounts on each social media platform. Entrants must beware of being contacted by spam accounts at all times.
