Love You Millions has now been retired. ‘Millie’ is a stunning four-year-old who was previously in training with Charlie Pike at Danebury Racing Stables in Hampshire. She showed plenty of promise in her early career, displaying blistering speed that gave her owners plenty to be excited about. Unfortunately, she suffered a serious injury, which resulted in the team deciding the best decision for her was to allow her to enjoy the remainder of her life in retirement.
She has a striking pedigree, having been sired by four-time Group 1 winner Ghaiyyath, who amassed a total of over £870,000 in prize money. Ghaiyyath got better with age in his glittering career, culminating with three Group 1 wins as a five-year-old. Her dam For Now was sired by Lawman, who was a two-time Group 1 winner too, so her pedigree certainly suggested she had the potential to give her owners plenty of great days out at the racecourse.
“She made good progress in her recovery and will make a full recovery, which is the main thing. The decision to retire her was in her best interests and the team at Racing Club will make sure she goes to the right home and enjoys retirement.” Trainer Charlie Pike.
