Jukebox King is a striking six-year-old bay gelding trained by Cheltenham Festival-winning duo Kim Bailey and Mat Nicholls. An Irish Point-to-Point winner, he has shown plenty of promise over hurdles, most notably when finishing a strong second at Wincanton, jumping beautifully and pulling clear of the remainder in a race that has worked out extremely well.
By the highly successful sire Jukebox Jury, whose progeny include multiple Grade 1 winner Il Etait Temps, he has an excellent pedigree for jumping. A natural over obstacles with plenty of scope for improvement, he looks a lovely prospect as he embarks on his novice chasing campaign this season.
Joint-trainer Kim Bailey: “He jumps for fun and is going to make a lovely chaser. I can’t tell you how excited I am for next season with him over fences.”
