There is an advised dress code at the Premier Enclosure. The Mallard/Lincoln restaurant requires a jacket and tie to be worn for gentlemen and smart attire for ladies, this also applies to children.

Grandstand Enclosure

There is no dress code in the Grandstand, and there is access to a large indoor area, a food court and betting stands.

What to Wear?

The general advice surrounding dress code at Doncaster Racecourse is to dress for the weather! The ground can be uneven and is primarily grass, so it is recommended that appropriate footwear is worn. There are different dress codes at Doncaster Racecourse depending on which enclosure and fixture you are going to.

In the Premier Enclosure and Home Straight Restaurant, it is customary for gentlemen to wear a jacket, however ties are optional. Ladies and children should also wear smart attire, and jeans and sportswear are not permitted.

For the Grandstand Enclosure, the dress code is generally more relaxed and there are no set parameters for what to wear, other than that team shirts and offensive fancy dress costumes are not permitted.

Finally, in the Family Enclosure, there is no dress code.
