Unknown Journey is an exciting four-year-old gelding who has shown plenty of promise in his races to date, who looks set for a promising handicap campaign in 2026. Trained by all-weather champion trainer Tony Carroll at Cropthorne Farm in Worcester, he looks set to be very competitive in his races, giving his owners plenty of exciting days at the races.
He has an impressive pedigree, having been sired by Inns Of Court, who was a Group 2 winner and two-time Group 1 runner-up in France, amassing almost £500,000 in prize money during his four-year career. His dam’s sire Harbour Watch went unbeaten in his short career, winning all three races as a two-year-old, including the Group 2 Richmond Stakes at the Goodwood Festival.
He has shown consistent promise in his races to date, travelling smoothly throughout but finding it difficult to get his head in front. He recently finished a good third at Lingfield, moving well through the race before being run down late. On the back of that performance, Tony expects him to be very competitive in similar contests and believes a first win is not far away.
