As we approach the halfway stage of 2026, it feels an appropriate time to reflect on what has already been a hugely successful year for Racing Club, with members enjoying some special experiences and creating lasting memories as winning owners. That success was recently highlighted by a remarkable week which brought three Racing Club victories, with all three winners incredibly making every yard of the running.
So far this year, eight different Racing Club horses have recorded victories, thanks to the expertise of five different trainers and their teams, alongside five different jockeys. Those successes have come across both codes at tracks throughout England and Scotland, from chases over three miles on soft ground in the depths of a Scottish winter, to races over seven furlongs on good ground in the summer sunshine of Southern England.
Perhaps the best thing about these victories is that shares remain available in several of these winning horses from as little as £40, with no additional costs for the duration of the syndicate term. Racing Club members enjoy regular trainer and jockey updates, stable visits, exclusive events, behind-the-scenes access to stable life, the opportunity to share in prize money and the chance to experience racedays as an owner, all while being part of a vibrant community that celebrates success both at the racecourse and online. Shares in any of these winners make a unique, exciting and lasting gift.
Our first winner of the year came on 11th January at Fontwell, where Legendary Luke gained his second success over hurdles in as many starts. On a drizzly afternoon, he jumped fluently from the front before staying on strongly up the hill to score by a length, with Gavin Sheehan full of praise for his attitude afterwards. The form has worked out well, with both the second and fourth winning since. He looks every inch a staying chaser, and Jamie Snowden believes he has the attributes of a future Grand National contender.
We only had to wait five days for our second success of the year, as Magic Runner showed her customary determination to record her second victory at her beloved Wolverhampton. Partnered by Taryn Langley, she gamely fended off the challenge of the grey Francesi to score by a length. The runner-up had arrived in winning form, having landed his previous start, and subsequently went on to win at Newcastle before finishing third in the All-Weather Horse of the Year standings.
The mighty Wendigo recorded our third victory of the year at the end of January, rewarding his loyal owners, many of whom travelled north of the border by planes, trains and automobiles to cheer him on. He was also warmly supported by his Scottish owners, who were thrilled to see him race on home soil. With his trusted partner Gavin Sheehan taking the initiative early in the three-mile contest, Wendigo jumped superbly throughout and powered clear to win by an impressive 22 lengths. Although luck was not on his side when falling in contention at Cheltenham and things did not quite go to plan at Aintree, there is plenty to look forward to next season, with some of the sport’s top staying chases firmly on the agenda.

The stunning grey A Path To Ronda had bolted up on her hurdles debut at Stratford earlier in the season and, having since run big races in strong Listed and Grade 2 company at Haydock and Warwick, she gained her third career success at Kelso on 28th February. In doing so, she made it four winners for the year for Racing Club and continued the excellent form of Jamie Snowden and Gavin Sheehan. Like her stablemate Wendigo, she made the long journey north more than worthwhile, this time in the Scottish Borders, showing real determination to stay on strongly and score by three quarters of a length. That victory served as a perfect prep for a Grade 1 assignment at Fairyhouse, where she ran well in a competitive race and gave her fantastic owners a memorable weekend in Dublin.
A period of hitting the crossbar followed, with several horses running excellent races in defeat, before Pigeon Forge got us back on the scoresheet at Uttoxeter over the second May Bank Holiday weekend. Under a strong ride from Liam Harrison, she stayed on powerfully to land a Class 3 Mares’ Novices’ Hurdle and looks to have plenty more to offer. With her stamina likely to come even more into play over longer trips and larger obstacles, there is every reason to be excited about her future.
Our latest three winners came in quick succession, producing what was arguably the best week in Racing Club history. Lucky Luna struck first at Salisbury on 9th June, with Sean Levey bursting from stall one and dictating proceedings from the outset before showing plenty of determination to score by half a length. Kernie d’Airy followed suit three days later, never looking in danger from the front under a confident Gavin Sheehan ride. Her success provided us with our second winner of the week, seventh of the year, and fourth of the season from Jamie Snowden’s Folly House. Finally, Redbud Sixteen became our eighth winner of the year with a performance to remember. Overcoming a tricky draw, she and Rossa Ryan quickly seized control before stretching clear in the closing stages, hitting the line strongly to win by an impressive six and a half lengths. The victory also provided Charlie Pike with the second winner of his training career.

It has been a super six months for Racing Club members, with plenty of memorable days at the racecourse, opportunities to get up close to the action with our trainers and jockeys, and the chance to be part of a special community. We have lots to look forward to in the months ahead, and hopefully there will be plenty more winners and enjoyable days to come.
Shares are still available in our winners for as little as £40 HERE.
