Horse Updates 08/08/25

Wendigo continues to build up his fitness now he is back at Jamie Snowden’s, ahead of an exciting Novice Chase campaign in the 25/26 National Hunt season.

Handlethekettle unfortunately suffered a slight setback and is due to be return in Spring 2026.

A Path To Ronda has returned to Jamie Snowden’s, and Jamie will now work on building her fitness back up before going Novice Hurdling in the 25/26 season.

Jukebox King continues to build up his fitness at Kim Bailey & Mat Nicholls’ yard ahead of his exciting Novice Hurdle campaign in the 25/26 jumps season.

Legendary Luke has returned to Jamie Snowden’s yard, and continues to build his fitness up ahead of the 25/26 jump season.

Brodie’s Boy has come out of his Epsom race in good order, and trainer Tony Carroll will look to find a suitable race for him over the coming weeks.

Blackwaterfoot has been entered to race at Salisbury next week, with another possible option at Newbury later in the week also under consideration.

Unknown Journey continues to receive treatment for his sort throat, but will be back in full training once fully recovered – we look forward to seeing him back in action soon.

Love You Millions has now gone to Craig Witheford’s to work on her nervousness in the stalls. You can read more about Craig Witheford’s work HERE.

Lucky Luna is now back cantering and continues to build her fitness back up, with trainer Richard Hannon pleased with her progress. He is hoping to see her make her debut later this month.

Rory’s Gold has unfortunately suffered an injury and will be out of action for a while. Owners will continue to receive regular updates on his recovery progress.

Redbud Sixteen made a pleasing debut at Nottingham on Thursday and has come out of the race in good order. Trainer Paul Attwater hopes to see her back out again in the next few weeks.

Bosh Soldier continues to have an easier time of things, having suffered a cut to her leg in her last race, and will be back in full training once the cut is fully healed.

Lord d’Or showed plenty of promise on his debut at Kempton on Wednesday, with trainer Andrew Balding excited about the future for him.

Karthon is in good form at home and has been entered to race at Ffos Las next week. Once declarations are confirmed, owners will receive an update on Monday.
