Horse Updates 16/01/26

Wendigo is in good shape after his Kempton run. Jamie is considering a race at Ayr at the end of the month ahead of the Grade 1 Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase at the Cheltenham Festival.

Handlethekettle has been scanned and is progressing as expected. He is enjoying time out in the paddock during the day when the weather is nice.

A Path To Ronda is doing well and has recovered from her Haydock run. She is set to run in the Grade 2 Jane Seymour at Sandown in February next.

Jukebox King is ready to run again and build on his promising debut. Kim and Mat are waiting for a suitable race and ground conditions.

Legendary Luke made it two from two over hurdles at Fontwell with a superb performance. He has come out of the race well and has exciting targets ahead.

Pigeon Forge made a promising debut at Hereford in unsuitable conditions and has come out of the race well. Emma will now look for hurdle races on good ground for her.

Brodie’s Boy delivered a much improved effort, staying on well for third at Southwell on the 3rd. He has come out of the race well and Tony has him entered for Southwell on the 20th.

Blackwaterfoot has enjoyed his time in the field and has now come back in ready to return to training.

Unknown Journey delivered an improved effort at Lingfield on Monday and has come out of the race well. Tony is looking for suitable races for him.

Love You Millions has enjoyed her time in the field and has now come back in ready to return to training, with the team expecting her to return to race fitness relatively quickly ready for a run in the near future.

Lucky Luna remains on walking exercise and will be reassessed in early February.

From Me To You is impressing Richard and the team with his work. Richard believes he is strong and knowledgeable enough to make his debut early in the season. He is also entered for a valuable £500,000 contest at York in August.

Rory’s Gold continues to please the team at Danebury and is bright and happy in his work.

Redbud Sixteen has enjoyed her time in the field and has now come back in ready to return to training. Charlie believes the time off has been very beneficial after a busy year.

Bosh Soldier has settled in well at Tony Carroll’s and the team have been impressed with her attitude.

Lord d’Or is progressing well with his trotting and remains sound. The Kingsclere team will build up his work as long as the vets are happy when he is reassessed.

Karthon is building his fitness everyday and is ready to start cantering after a period of trotting exercises. His leg is in good condition and everyone is pleased with him.

Magic Runner ran a huge race to gain her second victory at Wolverhampton. This time, under a great ride from Taryn Langley.
