Horse Updates 10/10/25

Wendigo has not been declared for Chepstow due to unsuitable ground. He has an entry for Wetherby on Wednesday.

Handlethekettle continues on his road to recovery from injury and is due to return in Spring 2026. Jamie is beginning to increase his walking and will have him re-scanned in November.

A Path To Ronda is into her faster work and Jamie has been very impressed with her schooling. Jamie is considering a race for her at Stratford on the 30th October.

Jukebox King has had a good week and has been cantering upsides. His debut is being discussed for November.

Legendary Luke is pleasing with his faster work and Jamie is looking at bumpers for him in the coming weeks.

Brodie’s Boy is very well and Tony is considering some all weather targets towards the end of the month/November.

Blackwaterfoot is on track for Nottingham on the 23rd October.

Unknown Journey will be running on the all-weather over the winter and Tony is in the process of making plans for him.

Love You Millions is being targeted at Brighton on Thursday 16th October.

Lucky Luna has had a couple of setbacks but has been mostly pleasing in her work and Richard Hannon is hoping to get her on the racecourse soon.

Rory’s Gold is making good progress in his recovery, he looks well and is happy getting out twice a day on the walker. Charlie is speaking to the vet to have him re-scanned soon.

Redbud Sixteen ran another good race for third at Lingfield on Tuesday 23rd September and has come out of the race well. She has received a handicap mark of 74 which looks fair.

Bosh Soldier is progressing and appears much more mature. George Boughey is looking for suitable race options for her.

Lord d’Or has been examined by the vet and the fracture line is still visible. Unfortunately this means he will require a period of box rest.

Karthon ran very well for second at Newcastle and has come out of the race well. He is certainly up to winning on the flat and a possible hurdles campaign has been discussed.

Magic Runner appeared to be outstayed at Kempton and should be much more at home at Wolverhampton on the 25th where she is being aimed.
