Horse Updates 20/12/25

Wendigo is back into his cantering routine and is in great form with himself as he builds up to the Kauto Star at Kempton next week.

Handlethekettle has been scanned and is progressing as expected. He is enjoying time out in the paddock during the day when the weather is nice.

A Path To Ronda is set to run this afternoon in the Mares’ Listed race at Haydock and we are very excited to see her back on the racecourse.

Jukebox King has come out of his Hereford run well and should improve plenty following that promising debut. Kim and Mat have identified some races after Christmas that he could contest.

Legendary Luke is working well and building up to his next race in an EBF qualifier. Jamie is considering several possible options for him after Christmas.

Pigeon Forge continues to progress well and his been doing some nice work on the grass. Emma is considering bumpers at Uttoxter and Ludlow after Christmas.

Brodie’s Boy disappointed at Lingfield, possibly due to the wide draw but didn’t seem himself. Tony has assessed him and had him scoped and all seems normal. He is having a short break before returning to the track.

Blackwaterfoot is enjoying his time off, his legs have healed and will be out in the field when the weather improves.

Unknown Journey was disappointing on Monday and appeared to run too keenly. He has come out of the race well.

Love You Millions is enjoying her holiday in the field with her friends and will come back in after Christmas.

Lucky Luna remains on walking exercise and trainer Richard plans to give her an easy time over Christmas and start back riding her in January.

From Me To You continues to build up his fitness, he has been broken in and is catering. Richard is very pleased with him and expects him to make a nice two year old.

Rory’s Gold remains in good spirits, enjoying being back in work and will be scanned after Christmas to check his progression.

Redbud Sixteen is thoroughly enjoying her holiday, spending her days in the field with her friends and showing off her playful side.

Bosh Soldier delivered an improved performance at Wolverhampton on Monday and has come out of the race well. She is set to run this evening (Saturday 20th) at Wolverhampton.

Lord d’Or is showing signs of progress and is on trotting exercises. He will be reassessed before Christmas with a view to increasing his exercise intensity.

Karthon is healing well, his legs feel great and he has been declared fit for riding work. He is fresh and ready to get going!

Magic Runner ran another solid race for fourth from a bad draw on Saturday. She races again this evening (Saturday 20th) at Wolverhampton from a better draw.
